Baked Winter Pears
A perfectly delicious, healthy dessert. This dessert is an excellent choice for the cold winter months. Prep time is quick and it bakes up nice and easy with just a few simple whole ingredients.
- 3 Anjou Pears
- Original Good Life Granola
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Cut the pears in half lengthwise, and slice off a little of the uncut side so that the pears will lay flat on your baking pan.
Scoop out the core.
Place the pears on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven and fill pear halves with your favorite flavor of Good Life Granola (I used Original GLN). Drizzle with honey. Place back in the oven and bake for another 15-20 minutes, until the pears are tender.
Sprinkle with a little nutmeg and serve warm.
