Apple chardonnay brat topped with blue cheese crumbles, a sweet carrot and cabbage slaw, and Good Life Naturals apple, beet and carrot ketchup, served with kettle chips.


  • 1/4 Cup Matchstick Carrot
  • 1/4 Cup Purple Cabbage
  • 1/4 Cup Red wine Vinegar
  • 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
  • Squeezed 1/2 of one Lemon
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey


Grill brat fully. While brat is grilling make your slaw. Mix carrot, cabbage, red wine vinegar, oil, lemon juice and honey. Place brat in bun, layer with Good Life Naturals apple, beet and carrot ketchup, and finish with blue cheese crumbles.



Fully flavored hash served with a sunny side up egg.


  • Cubed sweet potato
  • Cup red onion Juilienned
  • 1 cup cleaned and halved Brussel sprouts - 1/2 cup chopped zucchini
  • 1 sliced Jalapeno
  • 1/4 Cup cilantro (for garnish)
  • 1/4 cup Good Life chipotle ketchup
  • 1 TBSP garlic
  • 1 TBSP onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt

Go once around the pan with olive oil, let heat for a few moments add sweet potato and onion, when potatoes start to soften just a bit, add brussels, let carmelize for moment then add Zucchini and Jalapeno. When all veggies are cooked down add garlic powder, onion powder, salt & Good Life Chipotle ketchup. Finish with fried egg.
